 Similar to yesterday, we're reading "Thank You For Arguing". We went over hasty generalization and slippery slope today. For hasty generalizations we did several made up examples. Based on various races, and high school archetypes. Black people being emotional unavailable, white people being racist, alabamians being incestuous, etc. These are all hasty generalizations, so in essence untrue. For slippery slope we just took down the definition and wrote one example. Apparently Mr. Rease had a splitting headache today, so the lesson was cut short. Though it didn't really seem to be cut off by much.
